Depending on the activity, we either require a small deposit to confirm your reservation or you can pay in full when you arrive. Payment details will be provided when booking, and we offer secure online payment options for your convenience.
We offer free cancellations up to 24 hours before the tour. If something unexpected happens, and you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know. If the excursion is canceled due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
